Avant propos

Lors de mes études à l'université du Maine, j'ai eu l'opportunité de partir au Royaume-Uni à Leeds pour un séjour d'un an avec le programme ERASMUS.
Cette année, la plus merveilleuse de ma vie étudiante, m'a permis de rencontrer beaucoup de personnes venant des quatre coins du monde.
Parmi les très bons amis que je m'y suis faite, il y avait Ingrid, la jolie Suédoise -mais pas blonde- avec qui j'ai eu la joie de partager une colocation.



A la fin de l'année scolaire en juin 2005, chacune est repartie dans son pays et a continué ses études.
Cependant nous n'avons pas perdu contact.

Il y a quelques mois, j'ai eu la grande joie de recevoir un magnifique carton d'invitation dans lequel elle m'invitait mon ami et à participer à son mariage à Uppsala en Suède.

L'occasion était trop belle pour la voyageuse que je suis.
Ainsi on a décidé de profiter de l'occasion du mariage, pour passer également nos vacances en Suède.

Le pays étant trop vaste pour tout visiter en 10 jours, nous nous sommes focalisés sur trois points différents, nous permettant d'avoir un petit aperçu de ce pays du Grand Nord.

• Dans un premier temps nous visiterons Stockholm.

• Dans un deuxième temps (et en 2 étapes) nous nous arrêterons dans la région d'Uppland.

• Et dans un troisième et dernier temps nous irons faire une randonnée de 5 jours au delà du cercle polaire dans la Laponie, sur la "piste Royale" autrement nommée "Kungsleden".

During my studies at the University of Maine (France), I had the opportunity to go to United Kingdom to Leeds for a one-year aboard, with the ERASMUS program.
This year, the most wonderful of my student life, allowed me to meet many people from around the world.
Among the great friends that I have made, there was Ingrid, the beautiful Swedish -not blonde haired- with whom I had the joy of sharing a flat.


At the end of the school year in June 2005, each returned to hers country and continued hers studies.
However we never lost contact.

A few months ago I had the great joy of receiving a beautiful invitation card in which she annouce her wedding. My boyfriend and I were invited to attend her wedding in Uppsala, Sweden.

The opportunity was too great for the traveler that I am.
So we decided to take the opportunity of marriage to spend our holidays in Sweden.

The country is too vast for any visit in 10 days, we focused on three different points, giving us a glimpse of that country's far north.

* The first time we will visit Stockholm.

* In a second time (in 2 stages) we will stop in the region of Uppland.

* And in a third and last time we'll make a trek of 5 days beyond the Arctic Circle in Lapland, on the Royale Trail otherwise called "Kungsleden".
